What am I committing to?
🥐 No gluten
🍼 Minimal dairy 
🍭 Mindful consumption of sugar (keepin’ it as natural as possible)
😴 Better sleep
🧘🏼‍♀️ Stress management
💊 Necessary supplementation 
💦 Increased hydration

Why? Because health is a personal responsibility, and I refuse to wait until it’s too late to make any real, lasting change.

Here’s what I’m learning:
⏩ Just because you are asymptomatic doesn’t mean you’re functioning optimally internally
⏩ Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s “normal”

We weren’t designed to be perpetually tired, running to the bathroom with a stomach ache, or having skin covered in rashes and acne.

These are ALL subtle signs from your precious body telling you that something is not right and that it needs some help!

In the past, I’ve been someone who typically lives to eat, but I’m switching gears and deciding that I shall now eat to LIVE.

It sure as hell isn’t going to be easy, but it’s gonna be worth it because I have an incredible team- loving and supporting me every single step of the way.

There is tremendous power in prevention, and I encourage you to become curious about what it is that’s going wrong in your body.

Empower yourself through education. 

Allow food and the boundless gifts from mother earth to serve as medicine.
